Terms of Use
1.Using Nightsense
Nightsense is made by Zentiq Technologies Private Limited, India (“we”, “us”). These terms are an agreement between you and us; by using Nightsense you agree to them. You need to be 13 or older, and 18 or older to chat with Luna, make stories, add voices, use Sleep Together or send gifts and goodnights.
2.Not medical advice
Nightsense helps you wind down with sounds, stories, breathing and an AI companion. It doesn't diagnose or treat anything and isn't an emergency service. Luna is an AI and can be wrong: check anything important with a doctor or pharmacist, and in an emergency call your local emergency number.
3.Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed by the App Store or Google Play, renew automatically until you cancel, and are cancelled in your App Store or Google Play settings. Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription.
4.Your content
What you write and the stories you create are yours. You let us process them only to run the app for you (for example, to write Luna's replies or voice your story).
5.Our content
The sounds, music, stories and art in Nightsense are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial listening.
6.Fair use
Please don't misuse the app: no harassing other people in Sleep Together or through gifts and goodnights, no recording or sharing anyone's voice without their permission, no trying to break or overload the service, no scraping or automated access, and no using Luna or story creation to make harmful content. We look at every report within 48 hours and remove what breaks these rules, and may suspend the accounts behind it.
7.Gifts and invitations
A gifted story is shared for listening only. A free month from an invitation is given at your next renewal, once the person you invited has paid; it's cancelled if that payment is refunded, and each person can be rewarded for up to three friends.
8.Changes and ending
We may update the app and these terms; we'll say so in the app when something important changes. You can stop using Nightsense and delete your account any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
9.Liability
Nightsense is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses from using it. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law where you live.
